Order Processing Information
Sorry we are currently closed between 13th & 30th August 2025
We are still open for orders to be placed via the website, however please be aware that any orders placed will not be started until 30th August, then depending on the size of the back log, could need 10 days for manufacture plus shipping time.
Please only place an order if you can agree to the lead times.
Delivery Information
We currently use Royal Mail as a delivery company.
Once the products are packaged up, the labels are bought and printed out. At this point they are marked as dispatched (this happens automatically) and you will receive an email with the tracking details of your package.
They are normally collected the next working day by Royal Mail, and sent via the Tracked 48 Service.
Please note : if we prepare orders on a weekend, the they won’t be collected until Monday, and delivery would be Wednesday.
